I had a stroll up Aira Force late this afternoon - first time in years.
I remember in my late teens a few of us used to run from the car park, up and over the waterfall and onto Dockray to return via the road and back to the car.

This run was also the first AND last time me and Scoobs ran together - over 22 years ago!!

I took a few photos of the waterfall and they turned out OK but I have never been a fan of slow creamy water shots and on the way back I noticed the light on St Sundays.

I had my first ride on the bike this morning since my operation. Just a laal ride out to Pooley Bridge and back via Dalemain where I caught Harry Blenkinsop up. We rode back together and I had a great time talking to him about all his fell running exploits.

Harry was the 11th person to do the BGR and did the Ben Nevis race in 1.35!!
