We lost!

I had my appointment with the recruitment agency this morning. I was rather early so went into the library for half an hour until enough time had passed for me to turn up respectably early.

This structure is in the library and the bottom part of it is on the ground floor (the lights and the wood) which goes straight up into the Wolfson Reading Room and the glass first floor (with the posts and clock) and then up to the domed glass roof of the building.

The appointment went well, I just need to make sure I have lots of pre-prepared interview answers under my belt.

Tonight book club took part in a quiz which was organised by Girl Gang Manchester, all in support of the food bank where I volunteer. Instead of paying to take part in the quiz, you had to bring donations and as you can see from the extra, it was pretty successful! We even accrued a new member as someone turned up on their own and the organiser asked if she could join our group.
