Wading

A redshank in the water on a very frosty Porty beach. Taken after trying to navigate the Bank of Scotland's dreadful systems for setting up a charity bank account. Apparently while the help desk can look up all sorts of things about the application in progress, the branch has no access to any of it and is simply a place to take the necessary documents they need for ID. Presumably all part of the plan to shut down branches but you'd think it shouldn't be beyond them to provide the branches with the same access as the call centres?
