Treat

The annual rhubarb shot, with an extra touch this year. 

Too much of a treat this afternoon, with the sun and the hair-cut and the reading in the pub and the allotment and the walking.  

All that in two hours.  Highly efficient selfish pleasure. 

Oh, and the trip to the bike shop. We're not taking about that for the time being.
