Ollie and Judo

Today is Ollie's turn for Judo glory. Today he fought at Harlow under 20's age group. He was youngest person in the group and I think the lowest graded player. Judo competitions are done in age groups as well as weight groups. This time poor Ollie had to fight in the under 20's section so it was going to be hard from the start. His first fight he beat a brown belt in 13 seconds though. Belt order is red, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown and black. As you can see Ollie is a green belt. He then fought twins Sam and Jake who are both black belts and sadly lost against them. They did win gold and silver though. Ollie won a bronze which is not bad for a group of 7 where he is youngest and lowest graded player. Very proud Mummy today.

Victoria should have fought but she has been poorly with a migraine. Never realized how awful they are until watched Vic suffering since Thursday evening.
