Sunshine on ice

Happily snuffles didn't develop into anything so I set off to Green Gym to continue our hedge laying.  Wore extra layers including thick tights under my trousers and ended up feeling quite warm.  Only the tips of my fingers got cold.  The lake was frozen over and the ducks were skating instead of swimming.  Very satisfying morning and quite a good turn out considering how cold it was. (-5 when I got up this morning)
Now concentrating on 'inside jobs' for the rest of the day.
