It is a changing picture, as the morning mist lifts and we now have a blue sky with sunshine getting through. When I went into the garden to put fresh food and water out for the birds, the water had frozen into a solid ice block.
The pavements are clearing as the snow turns to slush, but it looks hazardous in places.
