wonderland

This morning I had to stay in for the oven cleaner man but I broke free at lunch. I picked up an old friend who is not well at the moment and we went for a drive up in the Peak District. Coffee and cake on Chatsworth estate then up on the moors to see if we could find the snow. 
We did it was a winter wonderland up there. I took him to my birding spot and sat in the car watching lots of varieties come in and out. He thoroughly enjoyed his outing and so did I.
Couldn't really pick from lots of photos but here is the woody in main blip, then in extras what I think is a female reed bunting, robin, brambling and yellowhammer.
