"Feed The Birds"

We had a light dusting of snow overnight and the day dawned beautifully sunny. The goldcrests were singing their tinkling songs in the Christmas tree as Ollie dog and I left to meet my daughter and granddog for a walk.

A man was feeding the gulls on the boardwalk over the pond and a blue tit probing a bulrush for bugs. We met some lovely dogs and enjoyed walking round a large lake out in the country. Frankie dog was very interested in the waterfowl and I captured Kes hovering. We saw a charm of goldfinches feeding on a huge stand of teasels. We very much enjoyed being out together on such a lovely day.
