Keeping warm

I have heating to survive the winter and so do some of my summer plants, tucked up in their polytunnel. I visited them tonight to check they were ok and also to change the battery that powers the chicken field fence. It was cold and there is still some snow on the ground. Everything is still alive which is good :-)

De-snowing the car at half seven this morning wasn't much fun either! At least the route to the treated roads was clear of other users so I didn't need to stop. Once at work it was mostly non-stop meetings, these are quite hard when each is of a different subject matter (getting ones head in the correct mode!). At least the day went quickly.

I've had a beer so now for some pizza.
