Northam Burrows

I visited an acquaintance whom I've not seen in about a year; her and her husband have been building their new house on a hill over looking the burrows. A truly splendid view and they have a clear view of Lundy too.  The house is magnificent, architect designed so is light and airy - and with an indoor pool.....oooh, wonderful!  
I took this just as I was leaving as the late afternoon light was gorgeous on the reeds and burrows.  Many sheep grazing there today.
The entrance to the estuary where the Taw and Torridge Rivers meet is clearly visible.
