Muddling through

I've started to diversify how I am absorbing Portuguese, after recognising that for me the listening aspects are much harder than speaking, reading or writing. Radio, TV, CDs and Duolingo in addition to the norm of books, lessons and muddling through about domestic nitty gritty with the building's security guards.

Tonight I switched on a TV show covering some sort of Mozambican youth business forum. I absorbed around 25% of the idea this dude was pitching. He generally looked less rabbit-in-headlights than how I captured him.

It's going to be a slow journey to reach fluency.
