Old Friends

Lunch with a couple of ex-colleagues today, Dave and Stu. A good catch-up, and if you're another one of our ex-colleagues reading this through my Facebook link, now you know why your ears were burning. After quite a fall of snow last night (but not much elsewhere; we're on top of a small hill so maybe we catch it a bit more) it was a beautiful, bright and sunny day. At least, it was until we finished our lunch and Dave and I had a stroll along the adjacent canal to take a few photos, when a big black cloud came over and it snowed for a while. Of course, by the time we got back to the cars and parted company the sun came out once again, but as all the shots I took were under the cloud, this will have to do.
