Cats who can go outside do that thing where they miaow to be let out, then five minutes later are on the windowsill miaowing again to be allowed back inside, where it's only a matter of a little time before they repeat the procedure all over again.

Minstrel's version of this, being an indoor cat, is to miaow to go through to the kitchen, then to come through into the back room again. It only works in Winter when the kitchen door is kept shut to keep the heat in the rest of the house. 

Having said that, he spent most of yesterday asleep in a cosy, warm spot I have made for him by the radiator. This shot is just to show that he has spent some time downstairs today!

 I don't really know what to call the back room. It was described as a dining room when we bought the house, but we have never used it as that. there's a computer and a TV in here, but the most comfy (Just as old and dilapidated!) furniture and the better TV are in the other room, known as the Front Room. 

You can tell I've done nothing of interest today, can't you? Well I have done a little sorting out of various things, including calling the Co-op to report my dividend card missing and making sure I'm ready for work tonight but that is it!
