Just a photo

I keep forgetting to take pictures, actually I went for a lovely dog walk today with Emma and Bell and I did take a picture of Bell and then accidentally deleted it, I must make more effort apr my journal is just going to be filled with random snaps that really have nothing to do with my day at all…
I didn’t feel at all well all evening and slept very very badly again...
