Rule of Thirds Sky

This is my favourite skyline view. I like the way the church spire is placed in the gap in the trees. It only looks this way in the winter. I have cropped the image so the spire is two thirds of the way across the image to give a pleasing picture. I think it does actually work this time but I don't always agree with it.

The spire is Christchrist, Sunderland- now a Sikh Temple. (I was married there a few years ago- well quite a few actually)
