Mexico Power
We have discovered many, many differences between the United States and Mexico through living here the past two years. I have written much about these country contrasts in my postings. Tonight during dinner at our favorite Chinese Restaurant another one came to light - the delivery of power. I cannot imagine anywhere in the U.S. where it would be acceptable to have such a profusion of wires emanating from a power pole. We have observed it many times, but never within touching distance of our balcony table. I guess that is why the poles are made of cement rather than wood, stronger and less apt to burn from an overloaded circuit.
