Look see! It’s the latest thing: Brunch. OK, it was first coined in the 1890s or something but it’s just catching on here. It’s like breakfast but you get to drink beer with it. Radical.
A good catch up with the daughter in her flouncy dress and s-i-l at the Old Chain Pier to hear all about the upcoming move. Six weeks to go.
And later, a meet up with the son and a guided tour of his gaff. An electric guitar and amp has appeared. As my dad would scathingly say, good to see he’s got his priorities right.
