It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...?

This is my first Christmas in Nanchang, and I am bound and determined to make this just as special as any year...Of course I will miss my family, but I do have my new "Chinese and foreign friend" family that I love dearly!
Soooo, time to deck the halls with bows of...? anything I can find...this has been a holiday decorating challenge, but I think I have made my apartment festive, I have my Christmas tunes blasting, found hot cocoa mix at the Metro...and next on the list...how to make Christmas cookies with no oven and limited ingredients???
