The youngest is battling with getting to sleep.  The problem (we think) is that nursery let him sleep as long as he wants, and then he isn't tired in the evening.  It was bed time 2 hours ago, he spent an hour in bed, beautifully quiet and trying to get to sleep, before coming down stairs.  Soon as I've done this it will be round two of bedtime milk and stories  Upshot, is that my evenings just disappear.  

Spent the day interviewing at work for a new position in the department, draining and we didn't find anyone, which is disappointing.  One of the candidates had false eyelashes so big that I got a bit fixated on how on earth she could see!  

Snow forecast tomorrow afternoon and evening, I'm in a moral dilemma as I should be going to London for an evening meeting, but don't trust the trains with snow.  So it's do I risk it and tell myself to stop worrying, or play safe.... ummmmmmmm
