‘End of an era’

Burton-upon-Trent is a thriving town built around the once all dominating Breweries.
The town is famed for its ‘Hard Water’ which is perfect for the brewing process.
Sadly though, as with all Industry in this modern age, it’s on the decline.
Here we see the dismantling of a bridge that linked two sides of Molson Breweries.
This bridge once transported various items between the two sites, and on this day, we see it taken down due to lack of use.
It caused mayhem, as they had to close off the centre of the town, on a Saturday aswell:)
