Spit roast at Borough Market

Lunch today with my old boss from Saudi and Abu Dhabi.  We worked together between 1981 and 1985 and still meet up a couple of times a year.  He was such a good boss.

Today we met at Hawksmoor in Borough Market, and on my way there passed this spit.  Most of the booths seemed to be selling street food and everyone was chomping away.

We both had very good filet steaks in the Restaurant!
