Cool Cool Water....

It was a very hot trip from Kaiteriteri to Blenheim today. I called in the Hannah’s and Alex’s place in Marahau late this morning. A brief stop in Nelson City for groceries en route and a stop at Pelorus Bridge. That area was very busy. There were lots of people jumping into and swimming in the cool clear Pelorus River. Others were sunning themselves on the rocks. I visited son Duncan near Havelock. The heat was stifling there. Blenheim was surprisingly cool as a cool breeze had lowered the 35C temperature.
