Trail Walk

L & I were meant to walk to school this morning but she jumped in the car with MrsT as it was too cold.

So I went for a nice 4km early morning power walk around the Murieston Trail.

Met so many doggy walkers. All that was missing was a doggy for us.

L & MrsT are desperate for one. We’ll see if we can work it out this year.

WFH today so may pop out for a run and/or a gym session later.
