The Lowburn Loop

Out with The Wanaka Walkers and what proved to be a HOT day for me...a mere pup without built in air con.
The loop is about 12 km through some lovely areas but not when it was so hot (27 c) and a dog gets hot pretty easily...The Boss had extra water for me but the real treat (extra) was a swim in the Lowborn lake. The Boss slurped a creaming soda milk shake (with ice cream) in a local cafe on the way home while I had another drink of water. Creaming soda milk shakes sound sorta interesting....Do you think they are OK with hot dogs...Ones with furls NOT tomato sauce.....
