Gluten Free baking

It's been a quiet day today. Peggy isn't able to exercise so I stayed at home doing my RSPB bird count whilst Phil took Bella out for a walk.
My count was quite exciting amongst the pigeons and robins a red kite hovered over the garden.
This afternoon I had a go at baking some gluten free bread. It is a bit cakey but nice as I have had no bread for a when month.
