Hobbler Helen

Lots of Hobblers are signed up for the Keighley 10k in March so we are in need of stretching our training mileage.  Hobbler Liz lives in Oxenhope and so we went on tour over the hill to her patch this morning and she took us on a fabulously muddy fell run around the paths and lanes, passing through the village several times and circumnavigating above the valley.  The views were.....well Yorkshire, what more need I say?!  At one point we were accompanied by church bells and the sound of the Haworth train floating up from the village, it was Bronte heaven!

Thank you to Liz for taking us out of our comfort zone and for our very welcome cuppas on our return.  I love this blip of Hobbler Helen on the top of the moor, just cresting yet another hill!
