A few days ago I showed you the men cutting down coconuts and branches with a pole and knife and said the men that shinned up the trees were long gone.  So today my informant was proved wrong.  In the extra is a slightly better view of the rope between the chap's ankles that helps him brace his feet against the trunk. The second extra is the moment the drill that had been pounding away all day yesterday boring for water actually hit the water table and water erupted skyward. (I had already posted my pics on blip for the day.) They had prepared a dam all round to channel the water down to the sea but soon controlled the flow by removing the drill, bit by bit.
