One of the old house hardware stores that I check out regularly (Old Portland Hardware & Architectural) has just moved to this new location so we dropped by to see the new digs. I go past this lovely building fairly regularly, it houses several retailers and has lots of space for rent. I nosed about in the empty part of the building and took a couple of very quick pictures of space for rent upstairs and the exterior (see blipfolio, PDX folder, if you're interested).

Terrance the hyena, who featured in an earlier blip here made the move to the new space and is for still sale. :-)
