Well this is the first sourdough loaf and it didn’t rise very well but it tastes nice. I’ll let you know how successful the next one is.

I’ve been for a sports massage today and it wasn’t too painful so that is good.

HtP and I then emptied the consertory as it is being replaced next week.

HtP and I have then enjoyed a belated Burn’s Supper. After last year’s mass produced haggis this year he ordered one from a farmer in Scotland. It was much nicer.
