A Hard Day's Night

Up relatively early to take Léo out for a walk before Yoga at 9am.
Then this afternoon we went down to Glion, which is just above Montreux to see our friend Andrea, who is recuperating after quite a serious back operation. She is in a hospital/rest home - a beautiful old building with amazing views of the lake.  A typical Swiss clinic I guess.

We took Léo, but he wasn't allowed inside, but Andrea was able to come out to see him He was incredibly excited though. Fortunately just about  managed to stop him jumping up on her. 

Now 8pm.
In a couple of hours, I have to go into work again. 
Thought this one seemed quite apt
