Goodbye Gran

These Things

A touch, a kiss, a tender word
A flower, a breeze, a tiny bird,
Gentle emotion, quietly stirred,
THESE THINGS, we know, we've seen, we've heard.

Gran's funeral is today in the UK. I can't be there.

Rest assured Gran, I've been thinking of you since the moment I heard that you had left us.

Granddad, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you and pray that you can pick up the pieces and find happiness in your day again.

Mum, I love you. I miss you. I am holding you in my arms, even though you are so far away.
