Devil's Burdens

The Devil's Burdens relay race is always a good day out, and I've run it on some lovely days (2017 and 2018). However, today, the clag was down. Penicuik Harriers has some excellent M50's but they needed a sixth team member for the final leg (5.8km, 390m climb) so they asked me: no pressure! I could tell that I've not run in the hills for nine months, but we still won the M50 class, and each of us came away with £20 gift voucher.

My picture was too poor, so I've replaced it by one - which isn't a lot better - taken by a club-mate as I was finishing the first climb
