Right here waiting

Evening all,

I had a plan to see some friends for a drink and a curry tonight.

Sadly my life doesn't always work that way and following a late evening consultation convincing a poorly of the need to come and see me,

I sit waiting for the call to tell me they've arrived in the department, and watch my hopes of a lovely curry be replaced by a lukewarm coffee and whatever scraps I can pinch from neighbouring offices.

Still, at least i've got my feet up.
