Chaenomeles

I am glad I started the day with a sprint cycle class as it gave me a boost on this dull grey day.  Later we headed into Exmouth to purchase a bathroom cabinet for some much needed storage space and then had lunch in one of our favourite cafes.  I was very hungry by then and the Dahl with butternut squash and peppers along with a home made flat bread went down a treat.  On the way back to the car we passed this rather lovely flowering white Chaenomeles.
