Love Carlisle!

We were having the car serviced which meant 'wasting ' some time in Carlisle. If you have a complicated road system which needs pedestrian underpasses why not have a garden in the  middle? This is part of the decoration but the extra is one of the plaques to be found in the grass. .. I didn't even know about this day
