Helebore

Not a good day! Have gone down with a head cold :-(  Got back from Camera Club last night and started sneezing. Finished up taking a couple of Night Nurse capsules and went to bed. Slept like a log, in fact didn't wake up until 8.45!! Unheard of for one who is normally up and about around 7am. So no aerobics this morning, and missed a friends birthday lunch. Day Nurse capsules administered. And having a G&T before dinner :-)
