SHOP OR SHOW

We seemed to have taken hours today in deciding what to buy our delightful GrandDaughter for Christmas, she's to young to understand the concept but does realise that theres an excitement in the air what with coloured lights, beads, bangles & baubles, you get the picture. As I said hours shopping for the girl who's got everything, lord knows what we'll do when she reaches sixteen!
The view was taken as the sun set over the town, just come out of Bettys following a bacon roll & a pot of their fine tea, it seemed surprisingly quiet considering the time of year, the recession is finally biting in the spa towns of Yorkshire or everyone had gone home in readiness for Strictly come Xfactor.
