Bridge 140a

Another contender for ugliest bridge on the Shropshire Union Canal where the canal goes under the A5117 at Stanney. It is also next to the sewage works so doesn't smell too good either. On the positive side it is a lot cleaner down here than on my my last visit and there seems to have been a concerted effort to clear the rubbish from along the towpath. Under the bridge you can just see the boat I featured in Bridge 141 still moored in the same place but now with another boat in front.

This is the 70th bridge in my shroppiebridgeseries. I've gone for the b&w low contrast in Lightroom which I don't think I have used before.
