Brickwood: Balham Embodied

More typical in large.

Met my mother at Brickwood; we ended up sitting by the window, but I took this from the back before those tables were free... This branch has been refurbished since I last went, but still seems to have been (re-)designed by someone trying to include all of the clichéd speciality café features in one space. The espresso blend was far better today though: subtle and spicy rather than overwhelming robust and smoky!
