Burns Supper, KL style

As usual woke in the middle of the night with the heat and caught up on some R4. Didn't wake properly till after 10.

Then the domestic, tidying the kitchen, washing the copious piles of dishes. That took me up to midday when it was out to lunch with Keep Fun and 2 'Wens here for their grandmother's funeral last Tuesday. The local Wen was delayed and didn't make it. But we went to Jaya and then home to help #2 take out the copious piles of recycling.

Then I went to the pool where after a swim an audiobook helped me snooze. It was hot but as usual the pool was empty. Unfortunately #2 soon locked us out. Luckily next door has a key.

Then it was off to a family meal in Cheras, 2 aunts, an uncle, 2 cousins, 4 Wens, 2 sons, 2 granddaughters and me. Great food but not a haggis in sight. (They are in the fridge).

Friday night - it took 90 minutes to drive there, an hour to eat and 25 mins to get home. That's Friday KL traffic for you.
