Park running

My youngest daughter and I caught the train to Frizinghall to take part in the Bradford Park Run in Lister Park. It was a beautiful crisp sunny morning and over 150 runners joined the fun. Every Park Run is free to enter and open to everyone; a great all-inclusive activity. There are Park Runs all over the country every Saturday morning at 9am! Although they are low key events they are properly timed and the full results are on the internet the same day and best of all they are very friendly. We both had such a jolly time we got on the wrong train home!
