Traditional way of life - at the Sarawak Cultural Village.
This lovely lady made "Love Letter" crispy snacks, the Malay Style. Using Ingredients sago flour, palm sugar (gula apong) cooked over a slow coal in a cast iron cake fold. It tasted very yummy.

Ps: she has been working at the village for 30 years.
