Getting back in to it

Slowly getting back in to watercolour painting with this still life today.  l can barely remember how to paint after my nearly two month break.... luckily l think it is a bit like riding a bike and you don't really forget.. just feel a little awkward to start with.  This still life was dressed at the back with red but l find that one of the most difficult colours to deal with in watercolour so l have done my best to minimise it.  Also the honesty.... l was excited to paint it but never quite finished it in this picture... more to be done (or not).  Perhaps l should let you choose whether l do more or not :)
