Travelling Ted

My hubby has had this little teddy bear for 40+ years (ever since I have it to him as a present in our teenage years), and he travels with him everywhere. At home he sits in the bedside table, he has been sitting on the hotel room bedside table. Today we took him out for a bit of sunbathing :)

Another restful day ....... sorry.

When I’m on holiday, every breakfast takes me back to my childhood. We were not good at eating our crusts of toast (“you won’t have curly hair if you don’t eat your crusts”!), so our father (handed down by our grandma) would spread butter and jam on the crusts for us to eat. This is my routine on holiday, and brings a smile to my face (as well as worry about all the calories and wrong food groups).

Tonight we dined in another specialised restaurant - Asian - not good at chopstick eating but had a go. :)

One more day to look forward to ....... before returning home.
