Fun Flyer

I went flying again today, taking this gentleman with me.  I've known him for many years and we have served together, although I've never flown with him on our more purposeful aircraft.

He is a reservist now, in which capacity he comes and helps me with some of the training that I carry out.  It's great to be able to chat to other aircrew at work occasionally as all the staff where I work are medical professionals, albeit with a close relationship to aviation.

So that was the excuse for taking him flying, but the experience will serve to remind him of the sensations of flying, even if it was at only 100kts, not five times that speed, as was our environment many moons ago.
