Wind Turbine in the Mist

We live 600 feet above sea level on a hill in the countryside.

This shot is a view of Garstang, our nearest local market town.

The 126 metre high wind turbine was installed in Garstang at a local cheese manufacturer to lower their carbon footprint and move their business to a sustainable future.

It can be seen from several miles around, which has caused quite a bit of controversay among local people.

From where we live, however, it looks quite spectacular.
