That's why I have frilly shoulders.
(my favorite bargin so far, a frilly shouldered sleeveles cardigan...........I know........sounds horrible but I think it works. Worn with wool shorts, thick tights and a pair of high heeled Mary Janes.........I feel kind of 1930's)
