Mandarin...

What a beautiful day it was today - some of you might find that hard to believed when the temps were probably only 3 deg, but for with the sun out and some good clothes on it was beautiful out there. So hubby and I took a stroll to the nearby lake where we spotted a mandarin. Last time I was there got a pic of a wood duck and though this one was but on checking bird book see it's a mandarin. How lucky to have them both resident in our local lake though! PS - daughter from SA in bed - has teen flu - which is probably as bad as man flu! The only thing that would revive her would be if I said I was going to a horse shop to spend money on her !! Oh dear - she's going to need to find a rich husband....
