Take only photos, leave only footprints

It was mostly grey and damp today. While I was waiting to pick Arran up from badminton I nipped down to Ferry Point with the camera. It was nearly disastrous because the car park was like an ice rink and I didn't think I was going to get out of it. There were a few wigeons there and the geese were stopping off on the mud for a rest before continuing on their journeys. There were trails of birdie footprints all over the mud flats. Dave tells me that all of the photos that I took today are ugly but in the absence of anything better today's blip is of those footprints.
